Stop Apologizing for Your Wins

This week, I was doing what I do, scrolling on Facebook, and saw a friend post about his weight loss journey.

He looked f*cking fantastic.

It's why I stopped to look in the first place.

But beyond even the obvious weight loss, the most noticeable thing about the “AFTER” photo was his big, beaming smile.

The caption told me that he had been showing up at the gym, focusing on his health, really doing the work. But tucked into his celebration post was an apology too- "I know I am Ozempic, but I really am working so hard. "

I could almost hear his inner critic racing to defend himself against all those imaginary judges: “They'll think I'm lazy, that I took the easy way out, that there's nothing to be proud of”.

It broke my f*cking heart.

And then I realized how often we all do that.

✨ Get a promotion and call it luck

✨ Share a big milestone, followed by comparing it to someone else's milestone immediately

It’s the same story on repeat: always afraid we’re not enough, but equally afraid of being too much.

So we sand down the edges, minimize the wins,

and tuck our brilliance behind disclaimers.

But, I am not here for it any freaking more.

A few years ago, I made a decision:

To stand taller

Talk louder.

Be confidently “too f*cking much”.

And everything changed.

I’ve built a life that once felt impossible to me: one swollen with abundance, dripping with pleasure, rich in flavor, and unapologetically free.

And now? I want that for you too.

Welcome to The Next Level.

Not a “course.” Not another kumbaya circle. This is a hit of high-voltage clarity for women who are already killing it on paper, but secretly know they’re still holding back, designed to collapse the gap between what you say you want and how you actually move.

Here’s how it goes down:

Two live calls- 90-minute group sessions where I’ll coach you directly, break down the patterns keeping you stuck, and give you clear strategies you can apply immediately.

10 days inside a private Telegram thread - A private, real-time space where you can ask questions, share wins, and connect with other women in the mastermind between calls. Community, love + inspiration.

Six live voice drops from me - Throughout the 10 days, I’ll drop in with live voice messages based on what’s coming up inside the group.

So, I want you to ask yourself,

When you look back at your life:

what do you want to remember?

The grind of your hustle?

How well you “handled stress”?

How carefully you held it all together?

Or

How salty the air tasted on your lips.

The smell of slow mornings.

Breathing the freedom of real adventure, anchored in true purpose.

Because at the end, no one is lining up to applaud how well you managed stress or how gracefully you swallowed your needs.

But it well matter how you lived.
