Don't Spend Another Summer Feeling Like Trash About Yourself

Yup. It’s that time again—summer is upon us. ☀️ That means BBQs with family, weekends at the beach, long days at the pool, and summer with the kids.

Summer invites heat, freedom, adventure... and way too many opportunities to beat yourself up.

I don’t know what it is, but it seems like the moment the weather warms up, the self-judgment rolls in. The comparison. The quiet shame. The inner critic turned all the way up. Sound familiar?

You hosted the 4th of July. Everyone raved about your town’s fireworks show and your husband’s famous ribs. But you? You were overwhelmed. There was so much to clean, prep, and cook that you never actually got to enjoy any of it. And after the party, you laid in bed ruminating over everything that could’ve gone better.

You’re at the beach. The sun is shining. The waves are gentle. But instead of feeling relaxed, you’re hyper-aware of your cellulite, your c-section scar, the fact that you’re not as tan as you’d like to be. You leave tense, irritated, and more disconnected than before.

You’re at the park. Your kid is hot, cranky, and throwing a very public meltdown. You're mortified—terrified of what the other moms are thinking—and secretly resentful that you can’t seem to catch a break, even on the “fun” days.

You’re making small talk during school pickup, and the other moms start listing their summer plans: Disney, Europe, the beach house. You shrink a little, too embarrassed to say that the only trip you have planned is a weekend at your mother-in-law’s, because you're swamped with work and strapped for cash.

And so the days go by. And instead of feeling free, you feel defeated. Exhausted. Insecure.

But what if this summer could be different?

What if I told you there’s another way—a space created just for you. For women in midlife. With kids or without. With careers or without. With partners or without. With big bank accounts or figuring-it-out finances.

A space where you get to be seen, held, supported, inspired, and reminded of your worth. A space to finally say goodbye to self-criticism and burnout—and hello to unshakable confidence, deep self-trust, and soul-deep clarity.
