Confidence Learning Day 1

Did you know?

There was a time I didn’t overthink my every word.I didn’t scan the room before I spoke. I didn’t wonder if I was too much.

I just… was. I wore the dress. I said the thing. I walked into rooms like I had every right to be there—because I did.

And then, like so many of us, I got smaller.

Not all at once.

But piece by piece.

A comment here.

A rejection there.

The silence that followed when I dared to be loud.

I didn’t stop being me. I just started editing her.

Softening her.

Diluting her brilliance to fit into spaces that didn’t know how to hold it.

Maybe you know that feeling.

Maybe you’re living it right now.

If you felt that—if any part of you whispered she’s talking about me

then this IS your moment.

I have something for the woman who’s tired of holding back.

For the version of you who remembers what it felt like to feel confident in her skin, certain in her voice, and lit up from the inside out.

Consider yourself officially invited to:

Confidence Looks Good on You—and it’s not just a power session.

It’s a reclamation.

A return.

A full-body yes to the power you’ve always carried.

We go live on April 2 at 2PM EST

just you, me, and a room full of women who are done dimming their light.

Led by me—Allison Guilbault, licensed therapist, global thought leader, and creator of the Yes, I Am Too Much™ Revolution.

— it’s going to wake something up in you that you forgot you even missed.

This session is about coming home to the woman you were before the world told you to tone it down.

Before the self-doubt.

Before the comparison.

Before you started questioning your own power.

Because you were never too much.

And you were always enough.
