How My Recent Trip to Florida Rewired My Way of Thinking and Led Me to My Higher Purpose

I just left Florida. I soaked in natural springs. I stayed in a delightful cottage. I ate delicious, nourishing food. I rented a convertible. I walked a wild prairie and remembered what it feels like to move slow, soft, and free. (Plus I saw a gator!)

But vacation wasn’t the reason I went.

I went to meet with one of my coaches—a woman specializing in ancient healing and subconscious rewiring, who weaves it all into business strategy.

And as we got clever, mapped vision and strategy, and got a little witchy—I was heavily reminded of a few things:

(1) The undeniable power of in-person experiences.

(2) That spirituality, embodiment, and soul are non-negotiables in business. They must be part of sales, success, and strategy.

Over the past several years, I’ve invested deeply in coaches, masterminds, and retreats. I’ve absorbed incredible knowledge from each one.

But something I’ve noticed again and again is this: these containers tend to focus on either healing (nervous system regulation, limiting beliefs, relationship to substances, body image….) or they focus on business (how to land high-ticket clients, hit $10k months, run a successful launch…).

But they miss the entire point.

Healing and business are not separate paths. They are reflections of each other. They feed each other. And if one is off balance, the other inevitably suffers.

What I am wildly good at is the integration—of healing, spirituality, and forward momentum.

I won’t promise you a $10k month. I don’t care if you land a high-ticket client. Because those outcomes are exactly what I am helping you untether your worth from.

You are worthy no matter how big your business.

You are valuable no matter the size of your audience.

You are whole and complete regardless of your relationship status, job title, or bank account.
