For over fifteen years, I’ve held women in their darkest nights and witnessed their wildest resurrections.
Women who are successful, smart, intuitive, empathetic. But who know that underneath the burnout, obligation and responsibility, that they are meant for more.
My work is probably very different from the work you are used to. I will not demand that you optimize harder or discipline yourself more. I will not pummel you with outdated mantras or offer you "mindset hacks" you can find on ChatGPT.
The work I offer is deep, revolutionary and incredibly transformative. Because the work I do goes straight to the root.
I will help you ditch limiting beliefs, blow up all the trash talk and garbage narratives that you have held on to for far too long.

This is for women who cringe at the idea of someone wearing a cardigan and a blank stare asking "How does that make you feel?"
I specialize in anxiety, trauma and sex + intimacy, but as with all the work I do, my therapeutic approach heavily relies on letting go of limiting beliefs, shame and old, dustry narratives that have been keeping you small so you can unlock clarity and reclaim purpose, passion and
(dare I say it!?!) pleasure.
I am not the typical therapist and my style is not for everyone. I gift all clients a 20 minute consultation which serves as a vibe check for us both. But rest assured, even if I not the right therapist for you, I love sharing referrals and resources even if we do not end up working together.
⚠️ Please note: I do not take insurance, and new clients must commit to a minimum of six months of weekly sessions. Space is extremely limited.
