I am Allison Guilbault. Global Thought Leader. International Speaker. Women's Pleasure Therapist. And the loudmouth behind the Yes, I Am Too Much™ Revolution, a movement and an upcoming book reshaping how women earn, lead, love, desire, decide, play, and live.
My message is built and one central truth that everything you have ever been told is too much about her is actually her greatest asset and that one in an extraordinary life is not greedy selfish dramatic or unruly and in fact those are the things that are going to make her life incredible
I have spent more than fifteen years studying the beliefs, expectations, and cultural narratives that shape how women move through the world. Through my work, I help women challenge the stories that keep them settling, second-guessing themselves, and living far beneath their potential. And after fifteen years, I can tell you with complete certainty that the women who change everything are always the ones who were told they were too much.
My perspective is informed by four degrees in psychology, mental health, human sexuality, and brain science, and by professional experience with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, NYPD Special Victims Unit, Homeland Security Special Ops, NYU, Mount Sinai, NewYork-Presbyterian, Planned Parenthood, the National Institute of Mental Health, and Rikers Island Correctional Solitary Confinement.

I help women who have been told they are too much reclaim their pleasure and audacity in their voice, careers, confidence, sensuality and power.

This is where we get really intimate with the things you have been privately keeping in your journal, pasting on vision boards, and tucking away in the back of your mind. We are going to explore the things that light you up, turn you on, and blow your mind.

I specialize in anxiety, trauma and sex + intimacy, but as with all the work I do, my therapeutic approach heavily relies on letting go of limiting beliefs, shame and old, dustry narratives that have been keeping you small so you can unlock clarity and reclaim purpose, passion and
(dare I say it!?!) pleasure.
I am not the typical therapist and my style is not for everyone. I gift all clients a 20 minute consultation which serves as a vibe check for us both. But rest assured, even if I not the right therapist for you, I love sharing referrals and resources even if we do not end up working together.

🌿 1:1 Too Much Personal Mentorship
This mentorship has the emotional depth and exploration of therapy, but spicier. It has the reflection and aha moments of personal development, but more fun. It is the fastest path to a new way of thinking, deciding, and living without the pressure to burn your current life to the ground.
In this mentorship, you have the closest proximity to me and the most hardcore level of support I offer. The call schedule is built entirely around your energy, your schedule, and your needs. You will have continual access to me through text support, regular voice downloads, and projects I craft specifically for what you are actually working on.
