My career has taken me to some pretty wild places over the last fifteen years. With butterfly clips still in my hair, I started as crisis counselor in two New York City emergency rooms and soon went on to teach high school students sex ed in Philadelphia.
I worked in research labs at Mt. Sinai, Columbia University, and New York University and had the honor of writing my Master's Thesis with the FBI.
I moved to Sri Lanka to work with the NIH in the aftermath of tsunami and birthed a decade-long career in white collar investigations as a private investigator for the United States Government at a firm that once represented Erin Brokovitch.
I was accepted as Special Agent to the FBI, New Jersey State Troopers,The New York Police Department and Homeland Security Special Opps.
And while the prestige and novelty of being an agent felt nice, and the rush of being an investigator was exciting, I found myself time and time again bringing myself back to the work I did in those hospitals and those schools.
So after corporate succes, I found my way back to psychology. This time, at Riker's Island Correctional as a therapist inside of solitary confinement with all men.
From there I held positions inside of court rooms, jail cells, hospital rooms and private practice.

Which takes me to today. Today, I am not just a therapist but a woman on a mission to help women see that regulating emotions and healing from trauma isn't good enough.
Today, I run my mouth anywhere that will let me because I want every woman to know that they life that they have been scribbling in journals and pasting to vision boards is still possible. I want to destroy the narrative that dreams come with an expiration or that real pleasure and freedom are reserved for the irresponsible. I want to attach dynamite to the idea that you are too old or it is too late to get any and everything out of life.
But more than anything, I want women to know that they do not have to keep ping ponging between feeling like they are not enough and are too much at the same time.
Some of my programs are intimate. Some of them are intense. Some are online and others whisk you off to far away place.
But they all have the same mission in mind: to remind you that everything about you that has been called too much will be your greatest asset if you let it.

I specialize in anxiety, trauma and sex + intimacy, but as with all the work I do, my therapeutic approach heavily relies on letting go of limiting beliefs, shame and old, dustry narratives that have been keeping you small so you can unlock clarity and reclaim purpose, passion and
(dare I say it!?!) pleasure.
I am not the typical therapist and my style is not for everyone. I gift all clients a 20 minute consultation which serves as a vibe check for us both. But rest assured, even if I not the right therapist for you, I love sharing referrals and resources even if we do not end up working together.

This mentorship has the emotional depth and exploration of therapy, but spicier. It has the reflection and aha moments of personal development, but more fun. It is the fastest path to a new way of thinking, deciding, and living without the pressure to burn your current life to the ground.
In this mentorship, you have the closest proximity to me and the most hardcore level of support I offer. The call schedule is built entirely around your energy, your schedule, and your needs. You will have continual access to me through text support, regular voice downloads, and projects I craft specifically for what you are actually working on.
