This is where we get really intimate with the things you have been privately keeping in your journal, pasting on vision boards, and tucking away in the back of your mind. We are going to explore the things that light you up, turn you on, and blow your mind.
Maybe it is finally admitting you want the kind of wealth that fuck you money brings, or you are ready to explore hot sex. Maybe all you want is better boundaries with your kids or more free time. Whatever it is, nothing is off limits and all desire gets airtime.

In this mentorship, you have the closest proximity to me and the most hardcore level of support I offer. The call schedule is built entirely around your energy, your schedule, and your needs. You will have continual access to me through text support, regular voice downloads, and projects I craft specifically for what you are actually working on.
Together we will rip up the scripts, roles, and expectations that have been quietly running your life, and rebuild it around the woman who wants more pleasure, more freedom, and a life that genuinely excites her, with the sovereignty and the audacity to actually go and get the life that is wildly closer than you think.

I specialize in anxiety, trauma and sex + intimacy, but as with all the work I do, my therapeutic approach heavily relies on letting go of limiting beliefs, shame and old, dustry narratives that have been keeping you small so you can unlock clarity and reclaim purpose, passion and
(dare I say it!?!) pleasure.
I am not the typical therapist and my style is not for everyone. I gift all clients a 20 minute consultation which serves as a vibe check for us both. But rest assured, even if I not the right therapist for you, I love sharing referrals and resources even if we do not end up working together.
⚠️ Please note: I do not take insurance, and new clients must commit to a minimum of six months of sessions. Space is extremely limited.
