For four days and three nights, you will step outside the noise of your everyday life into a city that breathes magic with a group of women who are ready to experience a weekend where they get to be connected, freer, more expressed and and unapologetically alive.
This is the space to drop the mask and discover the woman underneath the overthinking, the over-functioning, and the roles you have simply outgrown.
Not only will we be staying at a luxurious loft adorned with high ceilings, a saltwater pool and a kitchen that would make Rachel Ray jealous, but you will experience the luxury of not being needed, of being catered to, of not having to make decisions, and of having the space, time and support to invite in fun, adventure, and self-discovery.

Through the healing and self-discovery circles I am known for, you will move out of your head and back into your body and begin unlocking intuition, wisdom, trust and confidence.

The reason I do not run my retreats from a yoga studio is because I believe that something profound happens when you leave the comfort of your life, responsibilities, and routine and let your senses see, taste, smell and feel something entirely different. We will be inviting in cultural specific experiences that you simple cannot find at home.

There is something divine about meeting incredible women in an incredible place that creates a bond that words defy. This retreat will ask you to arrive open, curious, self-aware, willing to participate, willing to be seen, willing to get really fucking honest with yourself.
Women looking for a vacation, a space to check out or a party vibe would be incredibly disappointed.
Some moments will feel playful and expansive. Others may feel confronting, emotional, provocative, or unexpectedly revealing.
This is all part of the experience and transformation and is it curated specifically for women who are truly willing to step outside of routine, performance, numbing, distraction, and self-protection long enough to genuinely see something shift.

Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and the extensive preparation involved, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, including in cases of illness, travel interruption, scheduling conflicts, weather events, natural disasters, Acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and should be purchased immediately upon booking. Because this experience is application-based, submitting payment does not automatically guarantee acceptance into the retreat. This is a completely 100% alcohol free retreat
I believe many of the most intuitive, successful women I know choose to live alcohol‑free and this retreat is created with that same intention. This is a sacred space to explore, to be mindful, vulnerable, and deeply spiritual. Alcohol and other mind‑numbing substances are not permitted at any time, including privately.
While you don’t need to live an entirely alcohol‑free lifestyle year‑round, you must be fully comfortable not drinking at all during this experience. For that reason, this retreat is best suited for someone who already has the skills, support, and comfort level to navigate an alcohol‑free environment.

Cancellation Policy
Payments are non-refundable • A transfer of your spot may be considered only at my discretion and must be requested in writing at least 30 days before the retreat.
