What to Expect
Before the call, you will be given a personalized intake form to prepare for our time together. I will also send you a lovely mind-body somatic practice that you will do beforehand to get your energy flowing and awaken your intuition.
​
When we enter the call, we will start heart-centered, get into the flow with some music and then move into the work.
​
From there, I will let our energy and my intuition move us as we release fear, doubt and judgement and invite in exploration, curiosity and (dare I say it) excitement.
​
At the end of the call you will feel lighter, freer and more confident about what you want and have more conviction to go and get it.
​
The reason I do this work is that I know just how easy it is for a women to disconnect from what you want, but the bottom line is if you can't even name what you want, you will not be able to get it.

This call is a reminder that your wants and needs are valid, real, and positively yours, because inside of each of us is a dream, a wish, a legacy that is so deeply and uniquely ours, it just cannot be wrong.
